Wireless remote: control in your hand
The wireless remote of the UltraPro 1CV motor lets you control the motor from any position in the kayak, without cables. Its three buttons give simple, intuitive control:
- STOP button: Stops the motor immediately, whatever the speed and direction.
- Plus button (power up): Increases forward power progressively, from 0 to 100%.
- Minus button (power down): Decreases power towards reverse progressively, from 0 to 50% for safety.
Note: the remotes are not submersible. Keep them protected from direct immersion in water.
Maximizer system: energy saving
The UltraPro motor's Maximizer system adjusts the power drawn to the propulsion demand in real time. The result is a longer effective range in real use, especially at medium and low speeds.
Universal stern mount

- What type of kayak is the UltraPro 1CV suitable for?
- The UltraPro 1CV motor is designed for single-seat fishing kayaks up to 430 cm long and 60 kg unladen. It suits reservoirs, lakes and calm inland waters. For tougher conditions (heavy kayaks, strong wind or current), the UltraPro 2CV is the better option.
- Can I extend the range with a larger battery?
- Yes. The UltraPro 1CV motor is compatible with other, higher-capacity 16.8V HV batteries from the 3Lithium range (HV1650, HV1680, HV16100), so you can extend the range without changing the motor.
- How much does the complete system weigh?
- The complete system (motor, battery and mount) weighs 10.2 kg: 5.2 kg for the battery, 3.6 kg for the motor and 1.4 kg for the mount.
- Can I use the motor in salt water?
- Yes, with the usual precautions. The composite shaft and the motor materials resist marine corrosion. After every outing in salt water, rinse the motor and mount with fresh water and apply dielectric grease to the connectors.
- Does the warranty cover use in salt water?
- The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Preventive maintenance in salt water (rinsing with fresh water after every use) is the user's responsibility and is needed to keep the motor in good condition.
