1. Seller Identification

In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), these General Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller:

These General Terms apply to all orders placed through https://3lithium.eu by consumers and businesses. Confirming an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

These terms have been drawn up in accordance with Spanish law and apply in Spain and the rest of the European Union under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

3. Products and Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include Spanish VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.

Peskayak Iberia SL reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one in force when the purchase is confirmed.

4. Ordering Process and Formation of the Contract

1. Select the product and add it to the cart.
2. Review the cart and confirm the selected products.
3. Enter your shipping and billing details.
4. Choose the shipping method.
5. Choose the payment method and pay.
6. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email.

• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard).

  Your order is processed once the payment has been received. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

All payments are processed over secure SSL/TLS connections. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping costs: €150 per electric motor and, for orders without a motor, from €20 depending on weight (VAT included). If the parcel arrives with visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery slip and notify info@peskayak.com or call +34 605 080 940 within 24 hours.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Under article 102 et seq. of the TRLGDCU and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, notify info@peskayak.com or call +34 605 080 940 quoting your order number. Return the products in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us.

We will issue a full refund (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions: personalised products, products unsealed for hygiene reasons and digital content once delivery has begun.

8. Warranty

• 3-year legal guarantee for consumers (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771).
• 2 years for business-to-business (B2B) sales.

9. Dispute Resolution

Consumers can turn to the alternative dispute resolution bodies of their country or to the competent consumer authorities.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Málaga (Spain), without prejudice to the rights consumers have under the law of their country of residence.
