The wireless remote control for the UltraPro 1HP Motor lets you control the motor from any position in the kayak, with no cables required. The remote's three buttons offer intuitive, precise control:
- STOP button: Stops the motor immediately, regardless of speed or direction of travel.
- + button (power increase): Progressively increases forward power, from 0 to 100%.
- – button (power decrease): Progressively increases reverse power, from 0 to 50% for safety.
Note: The remotes are not submersible. Keep them protected from direct immersion in water.
Maximizer System — Smart Energy Saving

- Can I extend the range with a larger battery?
- Yes. The UltraPro 1HP motor is compatible with other higher-capacity 16.8V HV batteries from the 3Lithium range (HV1650, HV1680, HV16100), allowing you to extend range without changing the motor.
- How much does the complete system weigh?
- The complete system (motor + battery + mount) weighs 10.2 kg: 5.2 kg for the battery, 3.6 kg for the motor and 1.4 kg for the mount. A very manageable weight for transport and installation on the kayak.
- Can I use the motor in salt water?
- Yes, with the usual precautions. The composite shaft and motor materials are resistant to marine corrosion. After each outing in salt water, rinse the motor and mount with fresh water and apply dielectric grease to the connectors.
- Does the warranty cover use in salt water?
- The 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Preventive maintenance in salt water (rinsing with fresh water after each use) is the user's responsibility and is essential to keep the motor in optimal condition.
